At Pryst, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Return Policy
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Only items in unopened, original packaging that have not been used or tampered with are eligible for a return or exchange.
- Items that arrive damaged or defective may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately with supporting photos.
- Only products purchased directly from prystperfume.com are eligible for return.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
- If your order was made using a voucher, a replacement voucher will be issued with the same expiration date, assuming it is still valid.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are received damaged or incorrect.
- Items on sale, custom orders, or personalized products cannot be returned.
- All returns must include the original product box, packing materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice.
- Pryst is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us at hello@prystperfume.com with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you through the return process, including issuing a return label if necessary.
How to Make a Return
- Email us at hello@prystperfume.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
- In your email, please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.
- If approved, carefully repack the item using the original packaging (including outer box) and ship it to the address provided.

Once we receive the returned item and it passes our Quality Control review, a refund will be issued within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
